If you haven’t received your $ 1,400 Stimulus Check, you may still be eligible for the funds.
Around 159 million stimulus payments have been sent since Congress approved a third round of stimulus reviews in March. These payments total more than $ 376 billion.
They are up to $ 1,400 per adult plus $ 1,400 per dependent child or adult.
As with previous Stimulus Checks, your Adjusted Gross Income must be below certain levels to be eligible for payment: up to $ 75,000 if you’re single, $ 112,500 as a head of household, or $ 150,000 if you’re married and filing together.

This time these checks expire faster. Singles with Adjusted Gross Income of $ 80,000 and above, Heads of Households with $ 120,000, and married couples with $ 160,000 are not eligible for payment.
Other requirements also apply. You must be a US citizen or a resident alien.
While most payments were sent for $ 1,400, additional checks are issued every week. Here’s a look at who’s still standing to get the money.
Even if you’ve already received your third stimulus check, you can qualify for a “Plus-Up” payment.
The $ 1,400 Stimulus Checks originally sent were generally based on 2019 tax returns. Once your 2020 tax return is processed, you may be eligible for more money, especially if your income has been down over the past year or if you have one for your family added dependent.
If so, the IRS will give you the extra money due.
Individuals who do not file tax returns
While processing tax returns for 2020, the IRS will also send new stimulus payments of $ 1,400 to those who were not previously registered.
If you typically fail to file tax returns or receive federal benefits, the IRS urges you to file a tax return this year so you can receive your stimulus check.
If you earn $ 72,000 or less, you can file your tax return for free using the IRS Free File program. In addition, the IRS has more information on filing a tax return for someone in this situation on its website.
Even if you don’t have a fixed address or bank account, you can still qualify for a stimulus review, according to the IRS.
These include people who are homeless, poor and living in rural areas, as well as other underserved groups, the tax authority recently said.
These people are asked to file tax returns, which can be done using a smartphone or computer. In addition, they can speed up their payment by opening a bank account with a low-cost or free financial institution and providing the routing number to their account when filing.
As with other people who do not normally file tax returns, they may be able to use the IRS Free File program.
People who receive federal benefits are typically among those who receive new stimulus checks from the U.S. government every week.
This includes people receiving social security, supplementary security income, railroad pension, or veteran affairs.
Those beneficiaries who typically don’t file tax returns generally don’t need to do anything to get their stimulus check.

However, if they have dependents who are eligible for economic stimulus payments, the IRS will ask them to file a tax return for them to be included.
In addition to the IRS Free File program, certain individuals may be eligible for free tax filing assistance.
The IRS also offers programs including tax advice for the elderly and VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance). The VITA program is available to those with an income of $ 57,000 or less, or with disabilities or limited English proficiency. Although many websites that offer these services are temporarily closed due to Covid-19, the IRS does offer a location tool on its website.
